We are a Property Management company based in Canada that wants to emulate the american Apartment Guide App (Iphone) for our current buildings we manage. We are looking to copy and have the same functionality as the AG Iphone App (clone) (which includes utilizing the GPS on the iphone to find the nearest apartments, etc). Your app needs to interact with our database to gather the current listings, pricings, Special Offers, etc for each property. I will only hire an experiences programmer that can show that he/she has done this in the past and is qualified.
Once completed, the app needs to be set up and registered so people can download it from apple AppStore (itunes) for free.
I forgot to mention... the app needs to have some extras such as on the century21 app that allow for e-mail communication directly from the site, or location of interest so we can follow up directly.
