I have a template to be customized. Need widths, colors, graphics, columns adjusted.

Only 10 pages to be customized. But they all share same CSS file... so just check the 5 pages to ensure they work well.
Check the budget. It will not be changed. In fact, if you bid above $30, no one will read your bid. The design is already done... All you will do is adjust colors on the css and widths of the columns...
