I have awordpress site with woocommerce that using a Cheque method. I don't have any payment method.

I need the following :
– There is a input box allows me put custom email.
where:
–The plugin will send to my email a notification 1 day before the sale time expired of any product.
– It will work with all products which you set up the schedule time and have the sale price only.
the notification email content :
product name: book
product id: 1806
date: 2015-07-09
I have a php file that can fix the issue with 70%, But i NEED a clever developer who can complete the Job. the file using a cron job.
I will not sed any login details of my site and my ftp and also the url of my site.
