Updates to Wordpress site with Avada photography theme - 05/10/2016 19:05 EDT

I have installed the Avada Photography theme on my domain [login to view URL] and need some updates and a little customisation including:
1. Updates to home page (basic image and layout updates)
2. Reconfigure Tours and About pages so that they are the same layout as the original theme and upload images and content
3. Add a table of pricing to the Prices page
4. Basic updates to the Contact page (basic Contact Form and Google Maps link)
5. Create a Gallery page (and link from the top menu). I would like to include videos in the gallery, please advise the most user-friendly way to do this (link to YouTube?)
6. Create a Booking Application form
7. Add footer to the site with links to the following pages: FAQs | What to Bring | Booking Application Form
All testing across desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
