Pretty much a website with a simple Raffle game on it, it'd be linked through steam and people would be able to place skins (camos for guns) into a raffle pot, each skin is worth a certain amount of money, then with the price of the skins they'd set themselves up for a % of the overall Pot, for example say the pot was $100 and someone had $10 in they'd get 10% Ect. It'd have to be linked with a trade bot that can trade the skins from their accounts to the bot which kept them till the winner was found then traded them (can get trade links for each persons accounts, to make it so it links up) and then from the winnings the website takes 5% as commission, other websites like this exist like [login to view URL] . it'd have to be completely automated, without any admin input.
