Design some Icons

I need to have 8 icons created. These will not be normal icons though. I've listed what i need below.
2 icons will need to be images of a character type, an archer, and an ogre
2 icons will need to be " spells " , one will be a dark magic spell, the other will be a normal magic spell
5 icons will be various things, like an AXE, a Cross BOW, a Invisibility Cloak, Magic Hammer, and a Shield
I need these to look good, and flat. They are going to be for a game, and need to be about 200x200
