Hi\r\n\r\nWe are a start up real estate based marketing company that buys and sells offplan properties to investors. Until few weeks ago we were doing this on a small scale as the partners had day jobs but we have now decided to go into this full time so we need professional help with our correspondence drafting (flyer, brochure etc). The website for our firm, is currently being completed and should be up by 15th.\r\n\r\nInstead of trying to compete with other local real estate agents and web portals who also sell real estate, our target market is overseas residents for the worlds largest ethnic communities for eg Indians, Pakistanis, Bangladeshis etc etc. At the moment, since we are based in Pakistan, we are starting off with Pakistani real estate ie new developments that are about to be launched shortly by developers and want to market them to overseas Pakistanis in countries where they are found most (Canada, USA, UK, Saudi, UAE).\r\n\r\nWhat we need is to create an international distribution chain of real estate agents/professionals in the above mentioned countries who would act as our agents on ground in these countries. At this moment in time, we obviously do not know them. All we have are names from LinkedIn searching and their email addresses.\r\n\r\nOur plan is to first send them an introduction letter about our firm (which we have drafted already-we need a professional writer/designer to give it a polished professional look). Hopefully they will contact us after reading the introduction letter and asking about details of the properties we are marketing. If so, great and you have helped us achieve our objective.\r\n\r\nIf, they do not contact us, we would then like to send them a flyer/e-brochure of the project that we are marketing, giving details about the project and hopefully enticing them to contact us to get more details and sign up with us as distributors. The detail required for this flyer/e- brochure is already also drafted by us in MS Word but it is not in flyer or e-brochure format. We need a professional writer/designer to use the content and craft something magical!!!!\r\n\r\nIf you are interested please get in touch and the person we award the project to will be given access to the required documents through Dropbox (files are too big to be uploaded here and due to confidentiality we cannot openly list them here).\r\n
