* For a financial participant as a mezzanine or equity / stakeholder this model brings enhanced outcomes as the end to end life of a development is accelerated
* Provides protection in a downturn, for bank , borrower or owners of property
What is needed from design team
* Ability to shape product brochures inline with corporate objectives to Asian and Australian target markets.
Graphical Flowcharts and diagrams of the highest order that capture sales and technical message.
Some understanding of product terminology and corporate styled copy writing skills consistent with the industry norms. This is to help expand and shape the known dialogue with professionally inspired and tailored brochures for each industry segment. .
