Create an Animated Video Training

I need someone to create an animated video, it will have an introduction to a company (which will need voice over the top and a creative animation) It will then lead into a graphic of a phone, I will provide a picture of the phone and then the project winner will need to illustrate this in the video, this graphic will be dynamic and change throughout the video. This is a training video and as the training session progresses the buttons on the phone will need to be flashing and the screen on the phone will change so that the watcher is aware of what buttons they need to press. This will be a 15 to 20 minute training video.
The video will have voiceover the top as the animation proceeds and I will provide a script for this. I would like the winner of this project to provide a female voiceover which I can approve before video creation. I really need someone who is creative in animation. This project is one of many I will have in the future with this same layout so future work would be guaranteed.
This project will not be starting immediately as we need approval first and will need to be completed within 7 days of acceptance. Feel free to ask any questions regarding the project. Australia location would be preferred.
