I would like to to build a website with the aim of collecting commission on referral of students in Hong Kong
(simplicity - follow overview of website: [login to view URL] , copy it but i want a better design and interface)
the website allows tutors to sign up, upload their details and the website will selectively post the information for parents/potential students to see
parents can also fill in tutor request form or press on tutors they like for a direct inquiry for setting up lesson for the tutor
the commission can be paid via paypal or by bank transfer and allow them to email us the transfer slip
the ideal website is as below, however this example have poor design and not smooth navigation

it must also be google adsense friendly
and also a page for feature tutors or tuition centres to post adverts , also at a fee
best seo optimized to be searchable on google when people type in "IB tutors in Hong Kong"
all in English
i hope the website can be modified by myself afterwards with minor changes, or i shall employ the freelancer in charge to update from time to time.
