I am currently building a website using a custom Wordpress theme and I am having problems with the banner height and having the banner to appear on all pages, not just 'frontpages'.

I am looking for someone to edit this theme so that the banner image can support a different image size, while still being responsive and to simplify the layout of all pages so that they all look the same (full-width, with banner).
