I wann to build donation system
EX : if someone need to donate , he/she create account in my website then create his/her donation then transfer him into my paypal to pay as 10 US for that service , then mypaypal transefer him into mywebsite again and share his/her donation .
if he wann to withdraw his/her balance, he/she 's goto an-other page to fill application asking him which method you wann (paypal or wire transfer ).

the donors can donate to anyone who shared, by click into donate button then send him to mypaypal account to donate then back him again and add the the donation to who need the donate in his/her account into my website
