a website and database for matrimonial agency. not for dating site. it will be professional and more secured privacy of users. every user need to verified through its ID card and Photo .

① Home Page will be consist Login/ Registration Form and a paragraph about site.
At footer show amount of total register users. And today visitors numbers.
② Registration user will be submit name birth day and email and submit. After it need to verify email address. After verification Site admin send automatically a password and username.
③ After login first time, user have to complete profile. (all general information that need to relationship building). Like Postal Address, Currant Status(single, married, widow,) if widow/divorced then have to provide previous relation details.in case of divorced provide all reasons in details.
(ア) At admin level, all these data able to print in form shape and letters.
(イ) Every user have a unique ID no.
(ウ) Any user cant delete own account but can request to admin to deactivate the profile.
(エ) Deactivation email also send to user.
④ Education record also need to upload most recent certificate.
⑤ Submit current working type and location and length.
⑥ Mention also monthly salary. Also mention all other income resources.
⑦ Living status (depended or living alone) and if with family also submit family members counting.
⑧ Also tell how many months/ year after he/she want to marriage.
⑨ Personal body details(color, height, weight, Blood Group) and also mention any health issue or accident or disability.
⑩ His/her and his/her family thoughts (religious, secular, liberal, etc)
⑪ Which type of partner he/she want. Mention all categories from personal to body details (same to given upper)
⑫ Any criminal or police arrest record. If have also mention reason.
⑬ Future planning for family and for also income stability.
⑭ After marriage she want to live with his family or separately( for female profile only)

Dear you should provide a tools to admin for matching profile ability through various categories and easy way to share.
Also keep record when a profile was a shared with his/ her.
I mean, admin have every activity record by the user. Because it’s very important in this type of work.
After a user complete profile and admin verified through his/her ID card, Address, and Cell Phone.
Now the next step is to handle verified users.
Admin match two profiles and share to each other limited statics, like living city, age, and education, and current working.
After both will be ready to know each other in details. Both have to pay a fee for access partner profile. *charges could be change time to time.
Please also give a control to admin for fix price to change by category (single, widow, divorced, or second marriage) in some cases admin may be given access free.
Payment method will be Easy Pay, Bank Transfer, PayPal, and Credit Card
After payment confirmation both will be able to chat on Website Portal. Both chat also keep in record with unique id. In case if they unable to chat, can call each other also. After chatting or Call, both will inform to admin and answer agree or disagree. In case both agree. Admin will share both users address to each other. And also both attest a letter that they will not misuse partner information in case they disagree to make relation.
Also, during at earlier stage when both access each other profile. All pictures will be watermarked by website agency name. For avoid misuse of any user picture.
