Nightstop (NS) is a charitable service which matches homeless young (16-25 years old) people (YPs) in need of temporary accommodation with volunteers (hosts) who have a spare bedroom they are prepared to make available.
The long term goal is to automate many (although not all) aspects of the NS process to enable the staff to have more time to focus on the young people and development of the service.
In the short term, the plan is to automate only the process of YP registration, and diary management for hosts.
I'm really not sure what budget might be appropriate for this - I've estimated a range, but please feel free to respond with bids outside that range if you wish.
As this is likely to develop in to a longer term project with future developments not yet specified I'd prefer to go with a small agency, or at least someone with a long track record in freelance development so that we can be confident that we'll be able to work with you in the future too.
