I have a WORD docx file of about 6,100 words, . . . so about 3,300 words of this are English, and the rest are (traditional) Chinese characters. This needs to be made into an HTML page. You would need to have attractive lettering for the TITLEs and SUBTITLEs at the top of the page. I have about 15 graphics which can be arranged inside the overall webpage design. You need to provide an attractive BACKGROUND graphic.
DESIGN LAYOUT: Normally, an HTML webpage of this type would be designed with a centered <TABLE> on the page. The width of the <TABLE> might be approx. "600". The entire webpage should be responsive.
