Task is building a website for Classifieds(adverts).
Private and corporate users can sign up, select an advert package, fill up the advert form, and post an advert which is going to pending phase, admins check it, and upon payment arrived then admin release the advert for online publishing.
Listings type will be "vehicles".
A kind of "Mypage" is a must for clients, where they can follow their advert, edit it, delete it, etc..
It must be built with the latest WEB development technologies. LESS/Sass is a must. Website must be very fast, with a target page load time of max 1 sec.
As a version "B", it can be a Wordpress Template.
