Need to add a small pop up window that will appear if the customer's order is is less than Rs. 249. The pop up text should read

"Hi,

You are about to pay Rs. 80 for Shipping, Shop for Rs. 249 or more to get Free Shipping"

Two Options

Add More Products- This button will take the customer to the category page

Checkout-This button will let the customer checkout
