affiliate program theme needs some css/html tweaking - repost

We have recently installed iDevAffiliate software and are in the process of merging it's theme with our current websites look and feel.
We have:
Imported the main site's css with some small adjustments eg. .sitecontainer instead of .container
Successfully merged the header in
Successfully merged the footer in
Contained the affiliate software code within the site regardless of "responsiveness" (by renaming it's div class="container" to "sitecontainer"
Successfully edited the index, signup, login and logout pages.
What we still require is:
After logging in the status box along the top is not displaying correctly.
We need all pages checked to ensure they are displaying correctly and any irregularities reported/fixed
You will receive:
FTP access to the theme directory (containing html code in .tpl files and css files)
Access to a test affiliate account
Other access if/as required
