Design Website Mockup - Only home page

We are building an interactive platform for sharing informations about Muslim Mosques, their time of prayer, their parking informations, etc…
The website design project includes only designing one page of the website, only a Photoshop mockup without actually coding it to html/css.
1. The home page.
The home page includes the following informations:
a. The new logo you design.
b. Current country/language of the visitor, in the header. Including a country flag is a good idea.
c. Current user name, notifications (icon) and logout icon. Otherwise a log in / sign in icons if the current user is a guest.
d. About and Help links, in the header.
e. I want the header to be small, like the great Twitter header. Also facebook, google and freelancer.com headers are fine. This is negotiable if you have another idea.
f. A search box somewhere, in the header or in the body.
g. A google map that displays some mosques.
h. A sortable table that contains the same mosques as the google map and showing these informations:
i. Mosque name (and sometimes a second name apply, less visible than the first one)
ii. Mosque address (very small)
iii. Mosque prayer start time (and sometimes a second time apply) + number of users who confirm that this start time is correct.
iv. Mosque space, as a rating (ie with 5 stars)
v. Mosque parking space, as a rating too.
i. Finally few filters for the mosques that apply for both map and table:
i. Start time: from xx:xx to yy:yy (probably selecting time is in a small popup)
ii. Minimum space rating
iii. Minimum parking space rating
iv. State
v. City
Notes:
The project includes only one page design. Only psd mockup.
You are free to choose the places of the map, the table and the search filters. Ie we can have the map and the table side by side, or the table below the map an both having full screen width maybe.
You are free to choose where to put the search box, in the header or next to the filters.
The project includes to design the website’s logo.
I am thinking about having an image background maybe, like twitter does.
