business card, certificate and letter envelope design

Hello!
I want someone to design a business card, certificate and a letter envelope for your company (for standard European A4 size papers). If it's possible we would like to get these done so (in such a format) that we can then change the writing or at least certain elements ourselves. We have already created a specimen for the business card and the certificate, so you can either just try to refine this one a bit, or you can create sth completely different.
I think this shouldn't take much time, and we're not prepared to pay a lot for it, because we are just going to use our specimens otherwise.
I have attached them, and also our logo, tagline and an outline template that we're using for our official documents. I can supply also other documents and the font that was used for the logo and tagline to the chosen freelancer.
We are not prepared to pay more than 50€ for this project.
