Convert/trace JPG to vector
$30-250 USD
Paid on delivery
PLEASE SEE ATTACHED JPG image.
Project: convert/trace that attached JPG image to a vector-based one.
I need that file to be able to be printed about 7 inches tall, 3 inches wide, so that current blurry image you see needs to be traced/converted into vector.
the final effect i need should closely resemble the SECOND file attached (except, ignore the ''keinejad'' writing part) as much as possible.
no outrageously high bids, if they are anything like $100 or up, I am just going to completely disregard that bid. this is not creative/difficult work, you are simply tracing existing artwork, and not coming up with anything original.
please use a slightly rough brush so it doesn't look TOO sharp, I DO NOT want it to look like a cartoon. Rather, I need the line quality more like the following:

Do not make it look like a cartoon-vector like this:
[url removed, login to view]
(I do NOT like this image, too child-like and cartoonish)
So, as you can see, it does NOT need to be too clean or cartoon-like, rather like a rough, historical sketch.
conditions:
-ignore details on shield, make shield empty (thus saving you time)
-make EVERYTHING black and white, except for blue-and-red flag (thus saving you even MORE time)
