Build an eCommerce Website

I have set up a Shopify store for a range of 50 products we have
The Shopify set up however is very limited to what we require
Therefore I am looking for someone to build a simple ecommerce website with the following features,
1) Simple CMS - for adding products to website
2) Voucher Code system - will need CMS to choose product from database, add voucher codes for that product (all will be 100% discount), and then store ready for customers to redeem their vouchers and discount the product
3) Simple checkout and cart - will use Paypal for payments
4) Simple order display in backend - so that we can view orders
5) Simple order print of orders daily - generates a PDF of orders in the system every 24 hours and emails it to email address for printing
The site can use any off the shelf CMS / shopping cart / ecommerce software you wish
I have the designs for the site and can break down each feature specifically and document all required fields and functions
Will have to be HTML / PHP / CSS and MYSQL driven
Looking for a fast job - with plenty of ongoing work afterwards to add extra fucntionality as and when needed
