ICD-10 is in the works for doctors. The ICD-10 is a list of diagnoses codes (usually 5 or 6 numbers) that correspond with diagnoses.
I want to create a website that a doctor would go to, put in a diagnosis, and it spits out the options for the diagnosis code. The physician would put in an acronym, or keywords, or words that they usually use to describe something, and the website would quickly return matches and options for the ICD-10 code. ICD-10 is more involved than ICD-9, so a search may bring back 10 options that the doctor could choose the best match from.
I would can make the database, but I need someone to code the search and give me a template for putting information in a database that would be searchable.
The end product would be pretty on a computer, have a mobile version, and be potentially portable to an app.
