Hello,
We’re looking for a programmer who is capable of developing a simple website request for data from the database/server. In the future, we want to charge for the user to access the data. Once the payment is approved then the user/customer will get access to the information from the database. We want the option to switch that on in the future if feasible, but we will offer the information for free. Next, the data will be easily uploaded using Excel and the database can easily be edit if anything needs to be change. The look and feel we want to look like Zillow ([login to view URL]), but not all the functionalities. Just as I mentioned, just something simple to call out the data from server and return data once the payment is received. Also, we want to the site to have the normal webpage links like About Us, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, Contact Us, and etc. CMS should be managing the pages. Also, we want room for advertisements/banners with impression throughout the website. This is important because this is how we will generate our revenue.
