Add Security to PDF files

We have some drawing in PDF format and we would like to add security on those file, which our user only would be able to view the file and internet and get print only on printer attached to her or her computer not even be able to save or print the file on adobe acrobat.
The task is to crack one file as such, give us direction and the names of the software, which we can purchase, add security, and crack the files.

it's easy.. but basically if you can crack the pdf file with some software, so does your customer too, they can crack the security of the pdf file with same software or similar software
