Create an Animated GIF slide for an Egyptian Restaurant Website

Hi,
I need a professinal designer to create a animated GIF slide to be put on a website for an Egyptian restaurant. The slide size will be 1020x400 pixels.
The animation should be 2d and should describe the following:
An Egyptian looking male chef that has a table in front of him that includes popular egyptian food such as foul, falafel, koshary, pies, grills, etc... The animation should show the chef preparing these kinds of meals. The scene is preferred to be in a kitchen. Maybe some kind of vapour should be present on the scene also to show hot food and so on.
Animation should give the above impression. The designer is free to provide other ideas also based on the above theme.
Work should be finished before next Wednesday 27-08-2014.
