I will need an animated 90 sec introduction cartoon for my product: electronic-voting. should be in flash format (swf source+flv) and according to the script.

No need for music of voice-over for it.

(Keep the same with the background, elements, characters)

I can supply all required vectors for the blue character (have bought them with license).
