Charity Foundation Website

I am a representative for a Charity organization based in East Africa, Uganda. New Hope for Africa Foundation that takes care of orpharns left behind by parent that die of AIDS/HIV.

Summary

We currently have a website but we would like to upgrade it and add more functionality to it. Here is a link to our current site <[url removed, login to view]>as reasonably possible we would like to keep the same colors as the site while adding some new technology, Images and text to communicate our progress to our audience. Images can be seen at <[url removed, login to view]>and more will be provided as needed.

Objectives

* Upgrade the whole website from basic HTML to a dynamic one??" therefore we need a coder that can find solutions to help us achieve our objectives. Design and add our logo to the website ??" we have an ideas for a logo that the coder can build upon or improve, then add that to the upgraded website.

* Add online donations options

* Add picture albums or a way to display images about the foundation

* Add foundation’s DVD with controls

* Add Flash banner with slide show in fade-in/fade-out flash or alternate flash display

* Upgrade images from the old website

* Guaranteed work and minor support in case issues arise down the road with the website.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
