I have some work, in an Excel spreadsheet. I need you to create a visual, light and modern dashboard in Excel for a production area til 4/Sep.
The values should be visualized and main data to be shown too. Dashboard is presented by a projector and all info needs to fit to one page. Slicers/buttons can be used to shift between each line's data, but in this case I need a summary to show overall results too.
The dashboard is used to review the last 3 shifts' results vs plan on the startup meetings. Metrics are collected by the shift leader who enters the following values for each production line. Data to be shown for full day (3shifs) and for each shift.
Inputs and calculated values to be shown (data to be available on a separate sheet in a matrix for each line:
Input: Actual and planned volume (pcs) Calculated: BTS (%)
Input: Headcount - operators working on line, on vacation, on sick leave (heads) Caculated: absenteeism (%)
Input: OEE (%)
Input: Availability(%), Performance efficiency (%), FTT (%), Scrap(%), Scrap(EUR/piece)
Input: Labor efficiency - Actual & Planned (pcs/head/hour)
Input: Downtimes TOP 5 Pareto (minutes)
Input: FTT causes TOP 5 Pareto (pieces)
Input: Scrap causes TOP 5 Pareto (pieces)
Input: Scrap cost causes TOP 5 Pareto (EUR
I need a button also to the sheet. When the shift leader clicks it, the PDF version of the dashboard is sent to the email list specified on a separate sheet.
