PLEASE READ FIRST.
I want an Excel worksheet to be used by an SEO worker/s to manage all the tasks they need to do, on some days there will be 2 workers and other days there may be 4 workers so the Excel sheet needs to have a space to plan the available hours on a daily basis and divide the tasks up over the month based on the time each task requires (Some Tasks may require Hours others may be just 2 minutes etc..). So there also needs to be a new client input form to enter in all the tasks required on a monthly basis for the client.
I would think the following Tabs will be required:
1 - Dashboard
-Showing Today's Tasks that need to be done.
-Showing an overview of each clients progress for the month (i.e. if there is 40 tasks required and 10 completed, show clearly that this project is 25% complete so far for the month
2 - A New Client Form to select all the tasks that will be done for the client as well as how many and how often etc...
-This could also work as a table with selections, im not sure what's better.
3 - Staff Roster for the month, this is required to work out how to distribute the tasks, Based on number of Labour Hours available for the day.
4 - Archive sheet to store all the previous data, again this is just an idea, you may have a better solution
5 - An input Form or Table to Set-up the Different SEO tasks they do with a description of what has to be done to complete the task
One last thing, There will also be many tasks to complete for a new client in the first month which are only once off, meaning they will not be re-occurring so this need to be factored in also, possibly by having an option to set a task as a one off in its settings.
Plus any other Tabs you think will be required.

Tasks required once only, First Month:
* Setup Google Analytics Account
* Do Keyword Research
* Website Analyses
* Setup Google search console
* Setup Google Tag Manager
Tasks that maybe ongoing on a monthly basis:
* Local Directory Submission
* Image Tags
* Article creation (Blog)
* H1 Tags
* Facebook Posts
And so on....
