-An arduino sketch to control the device, debugged and working.
-The device itself wired and working. (Components supplied to you)

I will fedex the components to the selected developer, so that you have everything to develop with. you may need more parts i/o shield? I will pay for extras, you would need to source locally to save time. When complete, the device will be returned to me using my fedex account. (you pay nothing)
The job pays $1000. $800 with a $200 bonus for delivering by Feb 28.
