Build Responsive Drupal Website Based on Provided PDF files, import data.

We are looking for a qualified developer to build a responsive website based on provided PDF files.
Please see the attached PDFs for design specs
Here are some requirements:
1) Responsive – Use Twitter Bootstrap (1280)
2) Full-width 100% headers and footer backgrounds
3) Persistent nav ( see header of [login to view URL] )
4) CSS3 Transitions where applicable
5) Typekit will be utilized for typefaces (Freight Sans + Tisa Pro). Once a development link is created, I can create the Typekit javascript to send to you.
Viewports have been provided for homepage. This should guide you through the various page types.
6) Several sections of the website (hall of fame, collections) are content-heavy. We have provided CSV of the hall of fame to facilitate the import of this data. a csv for the collections section will follow, along with images for both sections.
7) Site will include calendar module (module has not been determined)
8) Site will include image gallery (mockup included)
Please note: there will be a phase 2 of this project, which involves creating an e-commerce portion of the site for merchandise, donations, etc.
Please provide a list of preferred e-commerce modules for a project of this nature.
Interested bidders must provide sample work, demonstrate understanding of the project, and present timeline.
