Call Center
$2-8 USD / hour
We are seeking a call center that can provide us with a very competitive price per hour for chat operators and or on a per chat basis. We seek a firm that has the capacity of 100 agents, but smaller centers that can scale up will definitely be considered. We have an ongoing need to scale up.
Chat is very simple Q & A, no sales, no trouble-shooting, very low hit website. Agents needed 6 hours per day PST,CST, EST, UK times.
We do not need:
Training to be done
Logins to be checked
Software
Chats to be monitored
Reports to be done
Our software is built to do all of the aforementioned functions. Project could start as soon as Monday April 9th.
