2. there is a pdf in there with questions, an excel file, and a sample image file.
3. your task is to complete the excel file with questions from the spreadsheet and also create the images as described below. YOu will have to return several dozen images in addition to the excel file.
You can see from the sample excel file what the columns of the excel file should be. Here are some notes:
A. put YES in the "MC" column if on the leftside of the question it includes "MC".
B. the "instructions" field should be obivous.
C. label the answers A, B, C, D etc. the correct answer should correspond to thsi. So for example if the correct answer is the 3rd item, put C
D. some questons have more than one correct answer. Let's say the first and third answers are correct - in that case put AC
E. images: some questions refer to images. YOu need to save these IN MAX QUALITY JPG and at 200% of the pdf size. See how i did the sample 1_16.jpg.
F. for questions with images, put the name of the image in the "IMAGE" column. for example, in the row for question 1.16, put [url removed, login to view] under images.
G. some questions have ONLY images. 8.37 and 11.2 are examples of this. In this case, for answers ABCD just ut IMAGE1 IMAGE2 IMAGE3 IMAGE4 and i will fix this. no need to actually save the images.
That's pretty much it! YOu need to do all of the questions accurately.
