Article Distribution for Niche Sites

I am looking to have approximately 100 articles distributed to 30 article directories each. The 30 article directories have been attached. The articles are to be distributed to [url removed, login to view] first. Once approved, they can be distributed to the other directories.
A generic author resource box will be provided. However, the keywords and the URLs in the author resource box will have to be changed for each article to link to the correct website; all of this will be provided.
I am hoping to get all of these articles done in the next 30 to 45 days.
I will expect to receive an excel spreadsheet that lists the URL to the approved articles.
