Design Mailchimp SignUp Popup Form for Shopify Store

WHAT IS THE ASK?

The ask for this job is to design the css for a Mailchimp SignUp form and write the text for the form. The form will be pasted on the Shopify Store, www.NigerianFoods.com.

The form will be embedded on a Shopify store as a popup. The form will be copied through MailChimp's embed code and displayed on a page the first time a customer lands.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

The form will need to match the style of the NigerianFoods homepage.

Here are the design requirements for the form:

1) Sample email format in form's email field (e.g. )

2) Large clear "Join Now" button that is the same color as "Shop Now" button on NigerianFoods.com.

3)Privacy Assurance (Under no circumstances will we etc.) in small print.

4)"Thank you for signing up" after email details are given.

5) Helvetica font used throughout messaging.

6) The popup should use similar but lighter colors than the webpage.

HOW WILL YOU PERFORM THIS PROJECT

I will give you my MailChimp login information where you can make the required changes.

WHEN IS THE PROJECT COMPLETE?

The project is complete when a form has been created that meets the needs above and we've come to an agreement about the design/layout of the form
