I want to create a control as shown in this page... No third Party, Pure ASP.NET C#

In addition to this I want to place three labels in vertical direction. So finally it should be something partially like as shown in attached file and exactly like as shown in above link

I want this as a component so that When I can drag drop it in ASP.NET page designer file, I can immediately see a circle as shown in the link above at COMPILE TIME and not only at RUN TIME.
