C/C++ Program to simulate simple process scheduling algorithms

Simple program simulates process scheduling. The program inputs process information in a file, store it in a data structure such as a linked list, and then run simulations based on 4 simple algorithms.

Edit: I am surprised by the amount of high bids. This project is rather simple, < 5 hours for an intermediate programmer. If the large bids are because I am a new user, I have a had several other successful projects but forgot the account information over break. I am well aware of what this should cost and am capable of doing this on my own before I will pay any unrealistic bids.
This is a simulation. No OS operations or commands are necessary. Everything is done using C++. Input is read from a file, pid start time burst time and we place each entry into a linked list. A simple class to hold the data would be sufficient, or a structure in C. All that is left after input is to search it according to the algorithms, which are simple and based on the start time and burst time. I can tell you these algorithms if necessary.
