Coder will have to be proficient with Android Radio Layer, SMS and Telephony. Also need to familiarity with the mobile phone registration process.
Coder needs to bypass registration process to cell site and modify change data transmission process. An NDA needs to be signed as we are developing a new method of data transmission.
