I need a Flash programmer to help create an inter-active, game type site, where identifyers appear in bubbles, ie: Warrior, and if clicked on, the discription appears and is saved or refused. The saved ones need to be able to be kept on the side of the screen...and it goes on from there.
## Deliverables
1) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Employer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No 3rd party components unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the employer on the site per the worker's Worker Legal Agreement).
I want the project to include everything needed for a smoothe tyranslation of information from begenning to end. I dont know what all that entails but Honesty and Trust is a big component here.
