I need someone to build CMS for html website. 1. In CMS I should be able to change static html pages (text and banners). 2. The main thing is: CMS needs to receive automatic generated SMS (there are already sms server and mysql files, just need to connect all that), and I need option to edit, delete or publish received sms's. 3. search engine for those sms's. 4. add to fav option.
