Complete a PHP based Event Management System - repost

We are currently developing an online event management system for the education sector that revolves around event notifications by email and SMS to invited guests. Guests will have the ability to RSVP online and fill out a basic form with extra details.
The core work has already been completed using PHP/MySQL. The site is based on a Twitter Bootstrap theme and a Dreamweaver template. There are also elements of jQuery throughout.
We are already using the SMS Broadcast API ([url removed, login to view]) for SMS delivery.
We require a developer to finish off a few core features such as the RSVP system and integrating some basic existing email templates for notifications. We also require some code quality checking to secure and streamline the existing pages and some bulk email/SMS testing.
Facebook integration is required for login and registration. Also required will be the ability to post events to a users Facebook page (page, not personal wall). A Facebook app has already been created for this system.
