Contest Brief

I'm looking for a redesign for one of my sites. It's had several years with the same design and while I don't dislike it I think I'm ready to switch it up. I'm looking for something creative and original. I'll naturally be needing all the corresponding files at the end (including PSD) and I'm also open to having the winner code the redesign (if that's within their skill set). Hi, Are the PSD files in the final deliverable mandatory ? I can provide with a complete responsive website, So will only the HTML Coded website be acceptable in the final submission ?
