Contest Brief

We are looking for a professional web designer who can deliver us a design for our website. Please read throughly.

Service Description:
The website will be a platform where users can join events to compete and bet against each other with their favorite games, whether major e-sports titles or casual games. A user can either search for an event to participate or create an event for other users to participate in. Users are required to make deposits in order to participate in events and the funds raised by that event will then be distributed to the winner, according to the rules specified by the event organizer.
To make it short, it's an e-sports platform that anyone can be an organizer and win real prizes.

Design Concepts:
We'd like our website to look futuristic, simple, casual, and at the same time, the users feel as if they were in an e-sports tournament venue.
Keywords: virtual, mobile, casual, open

Proposals:
Please make your proposals with the following information:
- Images of how the top page will look like on PCs, tablets, smartphones.
- The delivery schedules.
- If you are willing to develop an html, css, js files for us, please give us the total cost to develop the deliverables as well as the time to delivery. We will consider that as an advantage if the proposal is good.

Deliverables:
Image files of each page in PC, tablet, and smartphone (19 pages x 3 patterns)

Process:
1. Please send your proposals to the contest page.
2. We choose the winner and the winner receives the contest prize.
3. If you wish to do the coding as well We will create a new project and send you the invitation.
4. When the files are delivered and accepted, we will release the funds as proposed in the contest.

Design Requirements:
- Responsive
- Mobile friendly UI
- SEO friendly
- Browser compatibility
All features on the web page needs to be compatible with the following browsers: Mobile safari, Mobile chrome, firefox, MS Edge

Pages:
We need 19 different pages, with some pages requiring pop-ups/modals for notifications etc. Please take a look at the attached excel sheet for more details.

The final deliverable
Our final goal is to have the html, css, javascript and other required files in order for the browsers to render the page as designed. If you can also do the coding for us, please mention that when you make your proposal. It is not a necessity but it is a plus.
