Contest Brief

I'm looking for a realistic line art illustration of my school building(3d render) from front with the school name incorporated. Additional elements such as trees and children playing will be added to the backdrop for a creative touch as attached examples. I am open to any color scheme that works, with the final deliverable being a digital file. If you feel that the addition of a physical artwork would elevate the illustration, please feel free to suggest the option and provide the requirements. I'm excited to see what kind of creative ideas you can come up with for this project and look forward to your submissions!
