Contest Brief

I'm searching for a talented graphic designer with experience in creating bold and colorful banner designs. (but classy) The main purpose of the Banner will be to promote an upcoming RAFFLE, that will only run for 30 days.
Because of this I want to be able to use the banner again for the next RAFFLE. So Id like the banner to be eye catching, and have the ability to grab someone's attention when they walk up to the company desk.

The banner should be sized 7ft by 4ft
RAFFLE (only word that should be on the banner)

Please note: Be creative and come up with something on your own.
