Contest Brief

Hello, I am looking to build an online Amazon business and would like to develop a dog bowl product for listing. Please see the file attached to view the 2D design of the product I have developed, and the measurement specifications. I would like this image to be developed into a 3D render that I can send to a manufacturer to develop a mold for further production, or to send to a 3D printing company for a prototype to be developed.
I would like the 3D image to include contours, so that it looks like a real dog would. (I do not want the dog bowl to end up completely flat.

The idea is that the bowl will be situated in the dogs tongue.
I would like the product to be 300mm long, 160mm wide and 70mm deep, as per the specifications in the document attached. Please create the dog bowl part so that it has rounded edges on top and in the bottom of the bowl. Can you also create the base of the bowl to be on a slight gradient so that the top is 40mm deep and the bottom is 60mm deep? (Please see the attached 'Dog bowl shape' PNG file for inspiration).
