Seeking: Artistic Video Editor for "2024 Pulse: Leaders' STR Predictions" Social Media Reels

Engagement: Contractual, Remote

Duration: 30-60 second edits per reel

We are on the hunt for an exceptionally talented video editor with an artistic flair and a penchant for creating visually stunning social media content. Your mission is to craft TikTok and Instagram Reels that not only inform but mesmerise, turning our "2024 STR Pulse: Leaders' Predictions" series into a visual spectacle that captivates and educates our audience.

Project Overview:
Our series is a collection of predictions from 30 thought leaders in the short-term rental space, each forecasting the evolution of the industry as we edge closer to 2024. Your edits will be the gateway through which these insights reach an audience thirsty for knowledge and innovation.

Your Creative Canvas:

Artistic Freedom: While the core content is interview-based, we are looking for you to apply your creative and artistic abilities to introduce unique, visually engaging elements that elevate the narrative.
Engagement Focus: Your edits should be more than just visually appealing; they should be crafted to engage, with interactive elements that invite viewer participation.
Audiovisual Harmony: You will ensure that the audio clarity is pristine and that your choice of transitions, effects, and music enhances the storytelling.
Trend Integration: We value your expertise in current social media trends and expect you to weave these seamlessly into your edits to maximise viewer engagement and shareability.
Skills and Expertise We're After:

Mastery in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
An artistic eye that can bring a fresh, creative vision to our project.
A keen understanding of TikTok and Instagram Reels' editing techniques, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
A proven track record of working efficiently under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
A meticulous approach to your craft, with a focus on detail that ensures every transition, effect, and musical overlay is purposeful and impactful.

We are running this competition to find our editor. Once won we have LOTS of work to do, and this will be the first part (we will expect your rates to be in market for each video edit)
