Contest Brief

I have attached a previous design of our flu vaccination campaign last year.
This time I need the design CHANGED to 45mm by 45mm SQUARE instead of circle design.

Changes required:

1. Replace " Get your flu jab here" with name of the Pharmacy as listed below.
2. Replace " Walk in flu jab service this winter" with "BOOK YOUR FLU JAB THIS WINTER"
3. Replace "Get your pneumonia jab here" with the telephone number of the pharmacy as listed below.
