Contest Brief

I am looking for a skilled freelancer who can create a site plan / map / rendering for my ranch lago retreat. The purpose of this project is to develop a proposal for the development of the retreat.

Specific elements and features that need to be included in the site plan will be provided in a list. However, I am open to suggestions and guidance from the freelancer.

The final deliverable should be in digital format.

628 feet of elevation and up is where the elevated treehouses / sky cabins and getaway glamping cabins need to be —
We could build them on stilts in some situations like beach houses so elevation is above 628-642

With approval, almost any type of structure that does not reduce flood storage capacity or is not designed or intended to be used for human habitation may be constructed on the flowage easement land. With respect to construction of water wells, sewer lines, or septic systems, each case will be examined to ensure that pollution of the lake or interference with the operation of the reservoir will not occur. All proposed sewer line and septic system construction must be approved by the appropriate health departments and all septic systems must be located a minimum of 75 feet in horizontal distance from the contour line of 628.00 foot above mean sea level.
